On a daily basis I am in conversations with people who are struggling with their weight.
They are frustrated because they just can’t lose it.
They are depressed because they feel like a failure.
They cry at night because they want to make a change and don’t know how.
And the harder they try…the worse it seems to get for them.
I’ve had hundreds of conversations with people just like you and as they sit across from me at my desk and say things like
“I can’t believe I actually let myself get to this point.”
“I was at a reunion and I could see my old friends from high school whispering to each other and I know they were talking about my weight that I’ve gained.”
“I wish I could just wake up and lose this weight.”
"I want to lose this weight so I can keep up with my kids and feel young again."
I hate hearing this from other people because nothing breaks my heart more than seeing people depressed because of their weight and the way they look.
I hate it because I know first hand how painful and depressing it can be to look in the mirror and be unhappy with the way you look and feel (I'll tell you my story in just a minute).
And Unfortunately..this is a problem that affects so many people with no signs of slowing down.
In America alone….obesity and weight gain is at an all time high.
According to the CDC, over 78.6 million people are obese in America…one out of every three people!
Heart disease, type 2-diabetes, and cancer are on the rise…all because of being overweight.
But it gets worse! On average...
It Took Me Several Mistakes, Gaining Almost 30lbs And A Chance Encounter To Discover These Game Changing Fat Loss Solutions
My name is Robby Blanchard and I’ve spent the last 9 years studying and trying to find the “perfect” training solution that my clients can use to get amazing results no matter what their background or experience is.
And after years of searching…I’ve found it.
As a trainer and coach at my CrossFit gym here in the small town of Acton, Massachusetts I’ve been blessed to be able to help hundreds of people change their bodies and burn fat…all while doing things they never imagined they could do.
On top of that, I’ve been able to share these secrets and help thousands of people online as well.
However I didn’t start out in the shape I am today.
The truth is…growing up I was never an overweight Crossfit166kid. I know that might be surprising as most people think my story would be the opposite.
I’m going to share this story with you now, even though it is embarrassing.

I think you need to understand just how much I personally experienced the same feelings you are feeling right now before I discovered this knowledge I shared with you today that has allowed me to live the amazing healthy (and fit) life I live now.

Growing up, I always played sports and was always active. In high school I played basketball and ran cross country.
When I entered college I was still athletic and participated in intramural sports while perusing my Exercise Science Degree and MBA.
I started my training career while I was still in college and when I graduated I started my own business training clients in their homes.
I stopped playing sports and doing the things that I had done for over 20 years.
And when that happened…I began to gain weight.
By the time I was 25 I had my own bootcamp business…but I was in the worst shape of my life.
I was overweight and my diet was terrible.

I could no longer eat “the kitchen sink” and not gain weight like I used to.
I knew I had gained weight but I didn’t know how much.
So finally I weighed myself and I weighed 195 pounds! That’s the heaviest I’ve ever been.
The lowest point came when one of my clients…(who was paying me money to get them in shape) told me “Whoa Robby you’ve gained some weight huh?”
Of course I played it off but deep down I was hurt and knew I had to make a change.
I wasn’t happy with how I looked, I felt depressed and unmotivated and I knew I needed to make a change.
I was still working out, but the workouts weren’t working. And my diet was horrible.
I was at my wits end as everything I was trying to do to get in shape just wasn’t working.
Fortunately, just as I was getting ready to give up, a friend of mine introduced me to a little known training method that he was doing to get crazy results with his training and his training clients.
He called it Functional Training.
My friend introduced me to functional training and how to train with movements that are built into our DNA.
These movements reminded me of the days when I played sports and was not overweight.
No longer was I focused on trying to lose weight.
My focus was on my performance of these movements…not the weight loss alone.
 

And a funny thing happened.
After just weeks of following these workouts…

I lost 25 pounds!

I couldn’t believe it! And the vast majority of these workouts involved nothing but my own bodyweight.
This was my personal turning point that changed my life and has led me to help change the lives of thousands of people.
And it’s become my mission to help as many people as I can experience the same game changing transformation that I experienced.
